On 2 November 2007, the Congress-center Expocentre on Krasnaya Presnya held Sixth International Conference «RUSSIAN FINANCIAL MARKET 2007».organizers of the conference are the International Exhibition Agency IFA and the Association "Russia". The Conference is prepared with the support of the State Duma, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Department for support and development of small business in Moscow, Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business, MAP and MIBA.
Purpose of the conference:
In a direct dialogue between business and government to discuss issues of strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in preparation for the entry of Russia into the WTO. Making recommendations to the bodies of state and municipal authorities to create an enabling environment for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, with Russia joining the WTO.
Among the conference speakers - Anatoly Aksakov (Vice-Chairman of the State Duma on Credit Organizations and Financial Markets, President of the Association« Russia »), Michael Vyshegorodtsev ( Head of the Department of Support and Development of Small Business of Moscow), Dmitry Skobelkin (Deputy Head of Federal Service for Financial Monitoring/Rosfinmonitoring /), Andrei Sharov (Director of the Department of State regulation in the economy of the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development ), Alexei Ermolaev (Director of Facility lending MB), Michael Mamutov (President of the Russian Microfinance Center), Sergei Suchkov (Client Services Director of the Department of Small business, «VTB 24»).
Relevance themes of the conference is determined by the need for analysis of small and medium-sized businesses at the present stage, the efficiency created by the federal and regional level, mechanisms and instruments to support the sector, the prospects for its development and potential problems on the eve of Russia's WTO accession, the development of new mechanisms for financial support to small and medium businesses.
